SMS Communications

PG Consulting LLC uses text messaging to communicate individually with existing clients regarding accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, fractional CFO services, appointments, document requests, and related administrative matters.

Our SMS communications are intended for client service purposes only. We do not use this messaging program for automated marketing campaigns or promotional advertisements.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

PG Consulting LLC communicates with existing clients individually through SMS text messaging for accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, fractional CFO services, scheduling, document requests, and related client service matters.

Clients may provide consent to receive SMS communications through the following methods:

1. Client-Initiated Communications: Clients may initiate a text message to PG Consulting LLC requesting information or assistance. We may respond to those inquiries and continue the related conversation.
2. Verbal Consent: Clients may expressly authorize SMS communications during a telephone conversation or in-person meeting. PG Consulting LLC may document this permission in the client’s records.
3. Written Consent: Clients may authorize SMS communications through an engagement letter, client intake form, or other written agreement containing an SMS consent disclosure.

When PG Consulting LLC initiates a new text conversation, we obtain the client’s permission to communicate by SMS. Merely providing a mobile telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent.

SMS communications are limited to client service and administrative purposes. We do not send automated marketing campaigns or promotional advertisements.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Clients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on individual client needs and ongoing business matters.

Message and data rates may apply according to the client’s wireless carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Clients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from PG Consulting LLC.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

Because ordinary SMS may not provide appropriate protection for sensitive financial information, clients should not transmit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account information, passwords, or confidential tax documents through standard text messaging.
